Video & Webcasting

YoloBox for ward and stake broadcasts.

Anyone who can use a smartphone can run a professional broadcast. Audio comes from the house system. Video comes from the cameras. You decide who watches.

Videos play here on your site. Files can stay on YouTube (unlisted) so you get free hosting, captions, and mobile quality—without sending people away to hunt a channel. Swap the IDs below for your own training videos.

Three reasons wards keep YoloBox

Ease of use

The interface is like a phone. When the current operator moves, the next volunteer can still go live.

Picture and sound

Audio is taken directly from the sound system. Video is straight from the cameras. Zoom can be treated as a webcam source or mixed on the box.

Controlled audience

YouTube Unlisted means only people with the link can watch. Zoom stays in the circle you invite. Late arrivals can still join from home.

Guided YouTube account setup

Church streaming needs a clean, restricted YouTube path—not a personal channel full of recommendations. We walk facilities teams through account creation, unlisted settings, and a Sunday checklist.

What we typically install
